How Aligned are Sales and Technology Teams in modern business? Well the simple answer is… they are not.

There aren’t many organisations that I have worked with over the last decade from FTSE 100 to SME’s, that aren’t involved in or planning change. It is also widely accepted that people are our greatest asset and yet we seem to forget about them and their needs when we embark on change (and Mr Maslow wouldn’t like that!). The event proved to be a great success and provided some valuable insights into how Finance and Procurement can get more aligned on areas such as people, process, technology and communication.Continue reading

To understand this interesting relationship further our team reached out to our strong network of senior leaders and invited them to participate in our thought leadership webinar.Continue reading
